Welcome to YOOshaper! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (https://yooshaper.com) and the services provided, including the purchase and download of digital products such as YOOtheme Pro layouts, sections, child themes, custom elements, tutorials, and mini-courses.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Ownership and Business Information

  • YOOshaper operates as a sole proprietorship owned and managed by Taimur Aziz.
  • Our primary services include the sale of digital downloads and educational materials for YOOtheme Pro users.
  • All resources are designed for YOOtheme Pro Page Builder for both WordPress and Joomla platforms.

3. User Accounts

  • Upon purchase, customers gain immediate access to a user dashboard on YOOshaper, where they can manage account information, orders, billing details, invoices, and downloads.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. Digital Products

All products sold on YOOshaper are digital downloads, including:
  • JSON-format sections and layouts for YOOtheme Pro.
  • Child themes for WordPress and Joomla.
  • Tutorials and mini-courses related to YOOtheme Pro, WordPress, and Joomla.
By purchasing a digital product, you receive a lifetime usage license for the downloaded files. Redistribution, reselling, or sharing of purchased files is strictly prohibited.

5. Subscription and Pricing

  • We offer subscription plans for full access to all resources, as outlined on our pricing page.
  • Prices are subject to change, but any price adjustments will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.

6. Payments

  • All transactions are processed securely through SureCart and facilitated by Stripe.
  • We do not store your payment details; they are encrypted and managed by Stripe’s secure payment system.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds are provided unless:

  • A product is proven to be defective and cannot be resolved.
  • The customer contacts us within 30 days of purchase with proof of the issue.

8. License and Usage

  • All downloaded resources are licensed to the purchaser for personal or client projects.
  • You may not: Resell, redistribute, or share YOOshaper resources.
  • You may not: Use the resources in a way that infringes on the intellectual property rights of YOOshaper.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on YOOshaper (including products, designs, and tutorials) is the intellectual property of YOOshaper and may not be copied, modified, or used without permission.

10. Liability

  • YOOshaper is not responsible for issues resulting from improper use of our products.
  • YOOshaper is not responsible for Compatibility problems with third-party plugins or platforms.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or subscription.

11. Support

  • Subscription plans include 12 months of technical support.
  • Support is provided via email only and covers issues directly related to YOOshaper products.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
